Perancangan Pengalaman Pengguna Aplikasi Agen Perjalanan menggunakan Design Thinking: Kasus Morvin Tour & Travel

Morvin Tour & Travel merupakan salah satu agen perjalanan yang berada di pulau Bali. Karena dampak dari covid-19, sistem informasi yang dimiliki Morvin Tour & Travel telah dihapuskan oleh pihak ketiga, sehingga transaksi atau kegiatan operasional dalam Morvin Tour & Travel kembali dilakukan secara manual. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu merancang pengalaman pengguna aplikasi untuk agen perjalanan menggunakan Design Thinking. Pendekatan ini digunakan karena berfokus kepada calon pengguna, sehingga aplikasi yang dirancang bisa memberikan kepuasan kepada pengguna sesuai yang diharapkan ketika memakai aplikasi. Penelitian ini menghasilkan rancangan aplikasi berbasis web dalam bentuk prototipe berfidelitas tinggi untuk dua segmen yaitu admin dan pelanggan. Prototipe untuk admin diujikan melalui wawancara, sedangkan untuk pelanggan diujikan menggunakan metode User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). Pengujian perancangan prototipe menggunakan landasan dengan enam skala UEQ yaitu daya tarik (attractiveness), ketepatan (dependability), kejelasan (perspicuity), efisiensi (efficiency), kebaruan (novelty), dan stimulasi (stimulation), sehingga penelitian ini dapat mengetahui kesesuaian antara perancangan pengalaman pengguna dengan solusi permasalahan yang telah diperoleh. Hasil pengujian UEQ berada dalam kategori positif karena pada setiap skala UEQ memiliki nilai rata-rata diatas 0,8. Dan juga hasil dari proses perbandingan semua aspek (benchmark prototype) termasuk ke dalam kategori yang sangat baik (excellent).
