Evaluasi dan Perancangan Pengalaman Pengguna Aplikasi Mobile Kursus Public Speaking (Oberi App) menggunakan Metode Shadowing dan Design Thinking

Penelitian ini berfokus pada evaluasi dan perancangan aplikasi public speaking dengan metode Shadowing dan Design Thinking. Latar belakangnya adalah kebutuhan kemampuan public speaking yang penting dalam mendukung pendidikan dan kualifikasi kerja saat ini. Metode Shadowing digunakan untuk evaluasi detail pengguna, kendala, dan kebutuhan terkait rancangan public speaking. Design Thinking digunakan untuk memperbaiki rancangan dengan memahami kebutuhan dan mencari solusi perbaikan. Kedua metode ini menghasilkan rancangan aplikasi kursus public speaking yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan public speaking saat ini. Evaluasi melibatkan umpan balik pengguna dan analisis data untuk perbaikan iteratif. Setelah perbaikan, aplikasi diuji dengan efektivitas, efisiensi, dan kepuasan sebagai parameter. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini efektif digunakan (98% tingkat keberhasilan saat uji usability), efisien (0,02 goals/detik waktu rata-rata menyelesaikan tugas), dan memuaskan pengguna (tingkat kepuasan yang baik hingga sangat baik). Secara keseluruhan, rancangan aplikasi ini memenuhi harapan pengguna dalam hal daya tarik, kualitas pragmatis, dan kualitas hedonis, serta memberikan pengalaman positif dalam belajar public speaking.
