Abstrak

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk menciptakan user experience yang dapat dinilai baik pada rancangan aplikasi Android Penyewaan Jas RJK (Rumah Jas Kendari). Hal ini dilandasi oleh proses transaksi yang dilakukan oleh Rumah Jas Kendari masih secara konvensional dan stakeholders di perusahaan tersebut sedikit kesulitan untuk memasarkan serta menerapkan strategi pemasaran bisnisnya. Penelitian ini juga didukung oleh kebutuhan masyarakat Indonesia terhadap jas yang memiliki harga tinggi. Pendekatan yang dipilih selama perancangan adalah Human Centered Design (HCD), dengan wawancara sebagai proses pengambilan datanya, serta penelitian ini diverifikasi dengan menggunakan usability test dengan tools Maze dan System Usability Scale (SUS), dan divalidasi dengan menggunakan User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ).
