Implementasi Blockchain Berbasis Hyperledger Fabric pada Program Loyalitas Pelanggan

Program loyalitas pelanggan merupakan program yang tujuannya adalah memberikan penghargaan setiap pelanggan selesai melakukan transaksi. Program loyalitas pelanggan yang ada saat ini masih memiliki kekurangan dimana banyaknya manipulasi yang berasal dari pihak internal sehingga mengakibatkan pelanggan sering kehilangan dana dalam program, sehingga integritas datanya rendah. Dari permasalahan ini, maka disarankan solusi pembuatan program loyalitas sederhana berbasis blockchain dengan menggunakan platform Hyperledger Fabric dengan memanfaatkan sistem blockchain yang memiliki penyimpanan data terdesentralisasi, tingkat transparansi data transaksi yang tinggi melalui penerapan smart contract. Program disusun dengan menerapkan smart contract untuk mengakomodasi fungsi-fungsi utama dalam program loyalitas. Setelahnya, untuk memastikan integritas data, dilakukan tiga skenario pengujian terhadap program. Setelah dilakukan pengujian, diketahui bahwa integritas data dalam program loyalitas pelanggan menggunakan blockchain dapat terjaga. Yaitu dilakukan dengan tiga mekanisme utama yaitu dengan memastikan data antar peer yang terlibat adalah sama; membandingkan endorsement policy antara kedua peer organisasi saat salinan data diubah; dan mengharuskan agar perubahan smart contract mendapat persetujuan dari semua peer yang terlibat sehingga akan memperkecil kemungkinan manipulasi kontrak dan memperbesar jaminan integritas data.
