Analisis Kepuasan Pengguna LMS Online Bootcamp dengan Metode End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) dan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) (Studi Kasus: Online Bootcamp XYZ)

Didirikan tahun 2020 di tengah masa pandemi yang melambungnya tingkat pengangguran, XYZ merupakan startup yang berinisiasi untuk mengupayakan setiap orang dalam membantu mendapatkan pekerjaan. Platform pembelajaran dan persiapan karir digital yang telah terdaftar dan diawasi oleh Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika (Kemkominfo) ini menyediakan program bootcamp dan penyaluran kerja bagi alumni program. Sebagai komitmen untuk memberikan pengalaman pembelajaran terbaik, XYZ menyediakan Learning Management System (LMS) sendiri. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas Content, Accuracy, Format, Timelines, dan Ease of Use pada LMS XYZ. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuesioner ini diolah dengan analisis deskriptif dan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) untuk menilai kinerja dari aplikasi LMS XYZ berdasarkan kepentingan dari setiap variabel. Karakteristik populasi adalah pengguna LMS XYZ itu sendiri yang difokuskan pada student aktif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan random sampling berjumlah 110 responden. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa hampir seluruh kualitas kinerja layanan termasuk kategori sangat tinggi. Berdasarkan analisis tingkat kesesuaian, kepuasan pengguna pada setiap variabel antara lain, Content 96,24%, Accuracy 96,67%, Format 97,16%, Timeliness 95,55%, dan Ease of Use 95,99%. Rekomendasi untuk pengembangan aspek layanan diberikan berdasarkan analisis kuadran faktor kepentingan dan kinerjanya.
