Eksperimen Penerapan Heuristis Visibilitas dan Kesesuaian pada Antarmuka Dashboard Website KKN UB Guna Meningkatkan Usability

Mahasiswa Membangun Desa (MMD) adalah inisiatif Universitas Brawijaya yang memfasilitasi Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) bagi seluruh mahasiswa. Program ini menggunakan aplikasi berbasis web untuk menyebarkan informasi dan mengumpulkan berkas. Penelitian ini bertujuan membuktikan hipotesis bahwa penambahan ikon dan perubahan warna pada kuesioner di dashboard MMD dapat meningkatkan task completion time, usability score, dan mengurangi error rate. Penulis juga mengevaluasi conversion rate dari fitur logbook MMD. Desain kontrol dibandingkan dengan desain treatment yang telah diperbaiki berdasarkan usability heuristic. Pengujian dilakukan secara moderated untuk 10 responden pada penambahan ikon dan perubahan warna, dan secara unmoderated untuk 30 responden pada duplikasi fitur logbook. Maze digunakan untuk menguji task completion time dan error rate, sedangkan System Usability Scale (SUS) diaplikasikan melalui Google Form untuk mengukur usability score. Hasil menunjukkan pengguna lebih cepat menggunakan desain treatment, dengan skor usability yang lebih tinggi, tetapi tidak ada perbedaan dalam tingkat error rate. Pengujian conversion rate menunjukkan bahwa 29 dari 30 responden lebih memilih tombol daripada tab bar pada website MMD.
