Analisis Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Kepuasan Pengguna Sistem Informasi Manajemen Pendidikan di Tingkat Perguruan Tinggi

Pendidikan` berperan penting dalam pembangunan negara dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi serta komunikasi menjadi krusial. Pihak stakeholder STIE Eben Haezar Manado memanfaatkan sistem informasi Edufecta untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pendidikan dan telah menganggap implementasinya sudah sukses tetapi mahasiswa sebagai pengguna langsung masih menghadapi beberapa permasalahan dan merasa belum sepenuhnya puas dalam menggunakan sistem informasi tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kepuasan pengguna dalam menggunakan sistem informasi Edufecta dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor seperti service quality, system quality, dan information quality. Pengujian instrumen penelitian yaitu validitas dan realibilitas dilakukan secara statistik dengan menggunakan pengujian Pearson Product Moment dan menghitung koefisien Cronbach’s Alpha. Data dikumpulkan melalui distribusi kuesioner survei secara daring dengan total responden sebanyak 109 dan dianalisis dengan Generalized Linear Model. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data ditemukan bahwa kepuasan pengguna hanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor service quality dan information quality. Service quality dan information quality lebih diutamakan oleh mahasiswa sedangkan faktor system quality tidak berpengaruh dikarenakan sistem yang kadang-kadang mengalami gangguan dianggap sebagai hal yang normal oleh mahasiswa.
