Analisis Penerimaan Aplikasi SiapKerja pada Guru ASN di Kabupaten Malang

SiapKerja adalah aplikasi berbasis website yang dirancang untuk membantu proses pelaporan dan
penilaian kinerja ASN di Kabupaten Malang. Diperlukan analisis untuk mengetahui tingkat penerimaan
aplikasi dengan teori Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Penelitian menggunakan metode
kuantitatif deskriptif. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner disebarkan kepada sampel sebanyak 385
yang dibagi menjadi strata PNS dan PPPK. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerimaan pengguna
terhadap aplikasi SiapKerja masuk ke dalam kategori sedang dan beberapa variabel menjadi prioritas
dalam pemberian rekomendasi perbaikan. Variabel yang menjadi prioritas antara lain perceived ease of
use, behavioral intention to use, dan actual system usage.
