Evaluasi Kesuksesan Implementasi Aplikasi Carik Jakarta pada Ekosistem Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik di DKI Jakarta Berdasarkan Teori Delone & McLean

Carik Jakarta merupakan program berbasis aplikasi pendataan keluarga di DKI Jakarta yang dibuat untuk mengumpulkan data keluarga dari berbagai aspek, seperti kependudukan, bangunan, lingkungan, dan lainnya. Karena aplikasi Carik Jakarta merupakan alat tunggal dalam pengumpulan data keluarga terintegrasi, sangat penting untuk mengukur kesuksesan dari implementasi ini mengingat minimnya penelitian terkait kesuksesan aplikasi yang juga melibatkan kader Dasawisma dari setiap kota dan kabupaten administrasi di DKI Jakarta. Untuk menggalinya, dilakukan pengukuran menggunakan model kesuksesan Delone & McLean yang terdiri dari 6 variabel dengan indikator penilaiannya. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode penyebaran kuesioner, yang melibatkan 304 kader Dasawisma dari seluruh kota Jakarta selaku responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Carik Jakarta telah mencapai kesuksesan yang tinggi. Beberapa indikator yang menjadi perhatian dalam memberikan rekomendasi evaluasi yaitu reliability, timeliness, availability, assurance, nature of use, perceived utility, expectations, dan time-savings.
