Analisis Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Niat Penggunaan Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) Pada Pelaku UMKM Kuliner di Kota Malang

Meluasnya adopsi teknologi pembayaran digital, QRIS diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi transaksi dan inklusi keuangan nasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi niat penggunaan Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) pada pelaku UMKM kuliner di Kota Malang, dengan fokus pada pengaruh social influence, compatibility, perceived usefulness, dan perceived ease of use. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode regresi linier untuk menguji pengaruh variabel-variabel tersebut terhadap niat penggunaan QRIS. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dari 120 responden yang terdiri dari usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa compatibility memiliki pengaruh signifikan pada semua kategori usaha, sementara social influence, perceived usefulness, dan perceived ease of use menunjukkan pengaruh yang bervariasi. Secara keseluruhan, model penelitian ini mampu menjelaskan 59,6% dari variabilitas niat penggunaan QRIS. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan bagi pemangku kepentingan untuk meningkatkan adopsi QRIS dengan mempertimbangkan karakteristik masing-masing kategori UMKM serta memahami dinamika penerimaan teknologi di kalangan UMKM kuliner di Kota Malang.
