Eksperimen Penerapan Prinsip Flexibility and Efficiency pada Perancangan Fitur To-Do Aplikasi Website BRONE UB untuk Meningkatkan Usability

BRONE (Brawijaya Online Learning) adalah platform pembelajaran berbasis Moodle dari Universitas Brawijaya yang menawarkan lebih dari 500 mata kuliah. Meskipun memberikan manfaat seperti aksesibilitas dan fleksibilitas, terdapat masalah dalam efisiensi dan efektivitas navigasi yang mempengaruhi pengalaman mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan menguji fitur To- Do pada website BRONE UB berdasarkan prinsip fleksibilitas dan efisiensi, untuk meningkatkan kegunaan (usability) sistem. Metode yang digunakan meliputi perancangan prototype, pengujian A/B, dan analisis hasil pengujian dengan paired sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan fitur To-Do dapat mengurangi missclick rate, meningkatkan task completion time, success rate, satisfaction, dan conversion rate. Fitur ini membantu mahasiswa dalam mengelola tugas dengan lebih efisien dan efektif, sehingga meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna dalam menggunakan sistem BRONE UB.
