Evaluasi Kesuksesan Layanan Website Eduakksa Berdasarkan Teori DeLone and McLean Model

Eduakksa merupakan salah satu bentuk implementasi dari e-learning dalam aplikasi berbasis website yang digunakan untuk menunjang pembelajaran praktikum audit bagi mahasiswa Akuntansi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui kesuksesan dari layanan e-learning website Eduakksa dengan menggunakan model DeLone and McLean. Terdapat enam variabel, yaitu information quality, system quality, service quality, use, user satisfaction, dan net benefit. Penelitian ini membatasi pengguna hanya dari sisi mahasiswa saja. Populasi pengguna mahasiswa sebanyak 4335 per September 2024 yang terbagi dari berbagai universitas. Data yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Hasil dari penyebaran kuesioner diperoleh responden sebanyak 366. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan tingkat kesuksesan berdasarakan model DeLone and McLean dari layanan e-learning website Eduakksa sebesar 73,83%. Variabel yang berada dalam kategori sangat tinggi terdapat tiga variabel, yaitu variabel information quality (79,50%), User Satisfaction (76,93%), dan Net Benefit (77,20%). Terdapat tiga variabel dalam kategori tinggi. Variabel-variabel tersebut menjadi prioritas dalam penyusunan rekomendasi perbaikan di penelitian ini karena persentase rata-ratanya di bawah persentase rata-rata total, yaitu variabel system quality (63,20%), service quality (73,30%), dan use (72,87%).
