Desain dan Pengembangan Aplikasi Ceria Mobile Berbasis Human-Centered Design: Studi Kasus PT Ceria Nugraha Indotama
Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan aplikasi mobile Ceria Mobile menggunakan pendekatan Human-Centered Design (HCD) guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas operasional karyawan PT Ceria Nugraha Indotama, sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pertambangan. Aplikasi ini memiliki fitur utama yaitu presensi, pengajuan P2H (Pemeriksaan dan Perawatan Harian) kendaraan, pengajuan travel (perjalanan dinas), dan akses slip gaji. Metodologi penelitian meliputi analisis kebutuhan pengguna melalui wawancara dan survei terhadap 15 responden yang merupakan representasi dari pengguna aplikasi, perancangan user flow, wireframe, dan prototype, pengembangan aplikasi menggunakan framework Flutter, serta pengujian usability yang mencakup uji efektivitas, efisiensi dan kepuasan pengguna. Hasil uji efektivitas menunjukkan tingkat keberhasilan tugas mencapai 100%. Uji efisiensi menghasilkan nilai efisiensi normalisasi sebesar 89.2%, yang mengindikasikan bahwa aplikasi ini tergolong efisien. Sementara itu, pengujian kepuasan pengguna menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS) menghasilkan skor rata-rata 71.33, yang termasuk dalam kategori Grade B (Good) dan menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini memiliki usability yang cukup baik dan berada di atas rata-rata. Selanjutnya, User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) digunakan untuk mengevaluasi pengalaman pengguna secara lebih holistik. Hasil UEQ menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi Ceria Mobile dinilai positif pada semua aspek, dengan nilai tertinggi pada skala Attractiveness, Efficiency, dan Stimulation. Meskipun terdapat beberapa aspek yang perlu ditingkatkan, terutama pada fitur P2H, Travel, dan aspek Novelty, secara keseluruhan aplikasi Ceria Mobile yang dikembangkan berbasis HCD ini berhasil memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna dan memberikan user experience yang baik.
