Pengembangan Sistem Manajemen Data Perencanaan Karir Mahasiswa pada Career Apps Dashboard (Studi Kasus: Direktorat Pengembangan Karier dan Alumni Universitas Brawijaya)
Abstrak
Pengangguran di kalangan lulusan perguruan tinggi, termasuk Universitas Brawijaya, menjadi perhatian serius karena tingginya angka lulusan yang belum bekerja akibat ketidakseimbangan keterampilan dengan kebutuhan pasar kerja. Berdasarkan data BPS, sebanyak 13,17% lulusan Universitas Brawijaya tahun 2022 berada dalam status "Tidak Kerja Tetapi Sedang Mencari Kerja". Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem berbasis web "Career Apps Dashboard" untuk mendukung pemetaan karir mahasiswa dan bimbingan karir berbasis data oleh DPKA UB, guna mempersiapkan lulusan menghadapi dunia kerja dan mengurangi tingkat pengangguran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) protototyping sehingga penggalian kebutuhan dilakukan secara bertahap dan menghasilkan 5 iterasi. Penelitian ini dirancang dengan pendekatan arsitektur yang terstruktur menggunakan Data Flow Diagram (DFD), mencakup 17 tabel basis data, dan antarmuka high fidelity untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna. Implementasi dilakukan menggunakan PostgreSQL, Tailwind CSS, dan Next.js, dengan pengujian white box, black box, dan user acceptance menunjukkan tingkat keberhasilan 100%. Pengujian kompatibilitas menunjukkan tidak adanya critical issues, major issues, dan minor issues pada berbagai web browser. Dari sisi usabilitas, aplikasi menghasilkan completion rate sebesar 95%, efisiensi 0,0509 tugas/detik, dan skor kepuasan pengguna yang memadai. Hasil tersebut membuktikan bahwa sistem berhasil memenuhi tujuan pengembangannya secara efektif dan efisien.
